Sales Data Cleanup & Dashboard

I have a raw sales dataset that first needs to be cleaned—missing values resolved, duplicates removed, and formats brought into a single standard—before any meaningful insight can be drawn. Once the data is tidy, I want a concise exploratory data analysis in Excel, SQL, or Python (Pandas + Matplotlib) that uncovers high-level trends and patterns in our revenue stream.

From that analysis, the next step is to translate the findings into a visually engaging dashboard in either Power BI or Tableau. The dashboard must spotlight three core metrics: revenue trends over time, customer segmentation insights, and sales performance broken down by product. Clear call-outs or annotations that explain key inflection points will help non-technical stakeholders grasp the story quickly.

Deliverables
• A cleaned, well-documented dataset (CSV or database export)
• A short analysis report summarising methods, assumptions, and actionable recommendations drawn from the EDA
• An interactive dashboard with filters that highlights revenue trends, customer segments, and product-level sales performance, ready for live deployment or easy hand-off

For acceptance, I’ll test the dataset for zero duplicates, consistent data types, and complete handling of missing values; the report should align precisely with the dashboard’s visualisations.
