Sales Data Analysis & Reporting

I will hand over a raw sales spreadsheet along with the Excel template I already use for management updates. Your job is to dig into the data, calculate the core metrics, and populate the template so it becomes an easy-to-read report pack.

Key figures I need front and center are total leads generated, overall conversion rates, and clear performance breakdowns by lead source. I also want success rates by individual adviser, plus an additional roll-up that removes any records marked “Scientiam” or “WIP” before totals are shown. I’m expecting clean formulas, pivot tables or summaries that allow me to refresh the report myself next month, and some simple charts where they add value.

Everything must be delivered in a single Excel file that fits seamlessly into my existing template with no formatting drift. If any data irregularities appear, flag them so I can reconcile quickly.
