SPSS Survey Pilot Validation

Job ID: 39890015

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have designed a survey instrument and now need an experienced SPSS statistician to run a full “SPSS Statistician Survey Pilot Testing” exercise. The core task is to conduct a pilot test survey, then use SPSS to assess the reliability and validity of every item and scale.

After the pilot responses are in, you will import, clean and analyse the data, focusing on reliability metrics (e.g., Cronbach’s alpha), item‐total correlations, exploratory factor analysis and any other checks you deem necessary to confirm construct validity. Where weaknesses appear, I expect clear, practical recommendations on how to refine wording, ordering or scaling so the final instrument is sound.

Deliverables
• Cleaned pilot‐test data set (SPSS .sav)
• Annotated SPSS output files with syntax
• Concise report (3-5 pages) summarising reliability, validity results and concrete revision suggestions

I’ll provide the draft questionnaire and any supporting materials immediately after project start. Sample size is set to 1,000. IVs and DVs will be explained in relation to the research.
