I need a clear, data-driven snapshot of my website’s SEO performance, built entirely around keyword rankings. Please pull the latest ranking data, compare it with historical trends, and translate the numbers into practical insights I can act on right away.
Scope
• Gather keyword ranking data from reliable sources such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or a similar tool you already trust.
• Isolate high-value keywords and show how their positions have shifted over time.
• Break down results by device and location where possible, so I can spot hidden opportunities.
• Highlight quick-win pages (low-hanging fruit) and pages that need deeper optimization.
• Present everything in one polished report that includes clear visuals (charts, tables) plus a succinct executive summary.
Deliverables
1. PDF/slide deck report with all findings and visuals.
2. Raw data file (Excel or Google Sheets) containing the keyword ranking export and any calculated metrics.
3. Brief recommendation section outlining next steps for on-page tweaks or new content targets.
Acceptance Criteria
• All ranking data must come from the last 30 days, with at least one comparison period (previous month or previous quarter).
• Insights and recommendations are specific, actionable, and linked back to the data shown.
• Visuals are clean, labeled, and easy to interpret at a glance.
