Review SA Development Finance Model
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have built a detailed Excel model to support a grant-funded, developmental-finance initiative that must stand up to scrutiny from South African government funding programmes. Before it goes to decision-makers, I want a fellow analyst based in South Africa—ideally Pretoria—to put fresh eyes on it.
Your focus will be on two critical areas: first, stress-testing the underlying assumptions and inputs against current local data and policy guidelines; second, confirming that the outputs and long-term projections read true for a public-sector development context. I do not need a full rebuild—just rigorous validation, clear comments inside the workbook, and a concise memo that flags any red lines or optimisation opportunities.
The file is in Excel, but I am comfortable if you pull it into Google Sheets or another tool for cross-checking. Because this is time-sensitive, I will share the model immediately on award and hope to receive your annotated version and summary note within a few days.
If you have hands-on experience with South African government grant mechanics and developmental finance metrics, we should be able to move quickly. I am happy to clarify any section of the model once you have it, so we can wrap the review up ASAP and present a bullet-proof case to the funders.
