Revamp Complex Excel Rate Files
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I maintain two large, ageing workbooks that hold our full service-rate catalogue. They grow every week, so each file is now cluttered with dozens of inter-linked sheets, no filters, and zero pivot logic. My goal is to consolidate those sheets into a cleaner, single-interface layout that lets staff—and ultimately clients—search, filter, and summarise rates instantly.
Here is what I need the updated files to deliver:
- Pivot tables
- Data filters
Those two features should replace (or at least hide) the current sheet-sprawl while preserving every formula and live update we rely on today. The finished workbooks have to remain lightweight, easy to maintain, and intuitive for non-Excel-savvy users. A short walkthrough or inline documentation showing how to refresh data, add new services, and adjust pivots will round out the hand-off.
I’m happy to share screen and sample data so you can map out the best structure, whether that’s a master data sheet feeding dynamic pivots, Power Query consolidation, or another reliable approach.
If you have deep experience untangling legacy spreadsheets and designing search-friendly rate matrices, let’s talk—once these two files are streamlined, everything else we do will run faster.
