Retail Data Analysis & Management

I need a hands-on analyst who can take our retail sales numbers, customer feedback, and inventory records and turn them into a clear, descriptive narrative that management can act on straight away.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Clean and consolidate the three data streams (POS sales, post-purchase surveys, stock levels) into a single, analysis-ready dataset.
• Run descriptive analysis to uncover trends in product performance, shopper behaviour, seasonality, and stock turnover.
• Present findings in an easy-to-navigate report or dashboard—Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI or a similar tool is fine, as long as the visuals are intuitive and the underlying formulas are transparent.
• Shepherd the mini-project from kickoff to hand-off: agree on milestones, keep the data pipeline organised, and document each step so my team can replicate or extend the work later.

Deliverables will be accepted when the dataset is fully cleaned with reproducible steps, the analysis accurately reflects the three source files, and the final dashboard/report clearly answers our key business questions about sales trends, customer sentiment, and inventory health.
