Restore XLSX Workbook to XLS

I have a sizeable Excel workbook currently saved as XLSX and I need it rolled back to the older XLS format so colleagues on legacy software can open it.

• Target file: XLS while keeping every worksheet, formula, and cell format exactly as they are now.
