We’re seeking a developer to create an objective staff performance evaluation system for restaurant waitstaff. The goal is to implement fair, data-driven performance tracking that removes subjective management oversight while ensuring equitable compensation.
Key Requirements:
• Performance tracking system for wait staff including service quality metrics
• Customer wait time monitoring and analysis
• Break time tracking (including smoke breaks, restroom breaks, etc.)
• Automated data collection to minimize management intervention
