We’re expanding our team and looking for a Data Analyst who can turn data into clear, actionable insights that support smarter business decisions. If you enjoy working with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Manage data collection, validation, and analysis
Design, build, and maintain KPI tracking systems
Develop dashboards and performance reports
Support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis or a related role
Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI
Familiarity with CRMs for efficient tracking and reporting
Experience managing KPIs and performance metrics
Familiarity with Procore is a plus but not required
Able to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
Strong communication skills, especially when presenting data insights
