I need help transferring information into online registration forms. Every form has between 10 – 20 fields—basic text, numeric entries, and a few dropdown selections. I’ll supply scans or spreadsheets of the source data plus credentials for the secure web portal where the forms are hosted.
The work is straightforward: open each source record, copy the values into the matching fields, double-check for spelling or formatting errors, then submit the form. Consistency and accuracy are far more important than raw speed, though I do want the first batch turned around the same day it’s assigned.
Deliverables
• All assigned registration forms filled out and successfully submitted in the portal
• A brief completion report noting total forms processed and any entries that required clarification
