Refine KPI Dashboard kpi Metrics
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have an Excel-based KPI dashboard, but the percentage calculations and summary table aren’t giving reliable numbers. I need you to:
• Audit and correct the formulas that drive completion rates and error rates
• Rebuild the underlying data table so new raw data can drop in without breaking links
• Design a clean, interactive dashboard page that instantly shows project progress, trends, and variances
Excel is my main tool, so please work natively there. If you believe migrating the visuals to Power BI will add clarity or automation, outline that path and provide a lightweight proof-of-concept I can test.
Deliverables should include the fixed workbook, a short note explaining what was changed, and a quick video or screenshots that walk me through updating the dashboard with fresh data.
