Real-Time Options Data Monitoring

I need a Python script on Datalore to fetch real-time options data from Zerodha API. The script will analyze and visualize open interest changes across multiple time frames (15 min, 1 hr, 1 day) at various strike levels for the top 15 call and put options.

Requirements:
- Fetch options data using Zerodha API
- Analyze open interest changes at top 15 strike levels
- Plot bar charts using Datalore
- Time frames: 15 min, 1 hr, 1 day
- look back data for 30 days
- Alerts to Telegram for significant changes
