Real Estate Expense Excel Management
Budget: €2 – €6 EUR
I manage real estate development projects and need a reliable hand to keep our numbers straight in one well-structured Excel workbook. Each week you’ll log every new invoice and receipt, tag it to the correct project and cost category, and double-check that totals roll up accurately. The file already has a basic framework, but I welcome suggestions for smarter formulas or a clearer layout that makes it easy to see where the money is going.
Your core focus is on three things: capturing all project expenses, attaching the source documents (PDF or image links are fine), and generating clear at-a-glance summaries so I can spot spending trends without digging. I’m only after basic analysis for now—simple pivots, charts, or dashboards that show how the budget is being used and highlight any variances from the original plan.
Deliverables each week:
• Updated workbook with all new expenses, invoices, and receipts entered and reconciled
• Refreshed summary sheet showing week-to-date, month-to-date, and project-to-date totals
• Brief note (1-2 paragraphs) calling out any unusual spikes or anomalies you see
Strong command of Excel functions will set you up for success. If you’re detail-driven, comfortable handling confidential financial data, and available for consistent weekly touchpoints, I’m looking forward to working with you.
