Real Estate Data Excel Compilation

All of our property-management files sit in shared Google Drive folders, Dropbox links, and a handful of online spreadsheets. I need every piece of tenant-related information pulled from those sources—tenant details, signed lease agreements, and any notes on rental inclusions—and transcribed into the Excel template I will share with you at the start of the project.

The template already contains the exact column headings and formatting rules, so accuracy and consistency are critical. As you work, please double-check spellings, dates, currency values, and document links to make sure everything lines up with the source material. If a data point is missing, flag it in the sheet so I can follow up.

Deliverable:
• A fully populated Excel file in the provided format, with all tenant details, lease agreements, and rental inclusions entered and verified.

Acceptance criteria:
• Every row corresponds to one tenant or lease record found in the supplied databases.
• All mandatory fields are filled or clearly marked “N/A” where data truly does not exist.
• No formatting changes to the template, and no stray columns or rows added.

Please note that some data sources are in French.
