I need a data analyst who has access to either Experian RentBureau or TransUnion that can find Real Estate Data for me, specifically looking for metrics on Renters in Houston, Texas.
Seeking an aggregated dataset for Montgomery County, TX, showing distributions and averages by $10,000 income bands (e.g., $36k–$45k, $46k–$55k, ... up to $100k). For each income band, please provide:
Average FICO (or bureau score) and standard deviation
Credit score distribution buckets (300–579, 580–669, 670–739, 740–799, 800+)
% with any criminal record (and % by violent vs non-violent if available) — aggregated only, no PII
% with prior evictions / % with late rent history (12/24/36 months)
% reporting pets (if available) or proxy variables for pet ownership
Sample size (n) per band and confidence intervals
Delivery format: CSV + API endpoint (if available). Historical range: last 36 months preferred.
