Rapid PDF-Excel Data Entry
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a batch of roughly 500–1,000 mixed text-and-number records that need to move from a set of PDFs and legacy Excel files into a single, clean spreadsheet. You’ll receive the source files plus a light-weight template that shows the preferred column order; feel free to refine the layout if it improves clarity, as long as the core fields stay intact.
The job is straightforward but accuracy matters. Dates should be recognised as dates, currency figures as currency, and any other numeric values kept numeric so formulas continue to work. I’m working in Google Sheets, but you’re welcome to build it in Excel and hand it back to me there—either way is fine.
Timing is tight: I’d like the finished sheet back within 3–5 days. Along the way, flag anything unclear or ambiguous so we don’t risk bad data sneaking in.
Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet with all records entered and formatted
• Brief note highlighting any anomalies or fields that needed clarification
