RCEM v9 Air Quality Modeling
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I need a complete air-quality model run in RCEM v.9 that satisfies regulatory compliance requirements for NOx, PM2.5 and VOC. All input data, boundary conditions, emissions inventories and post-processing should align with the latest agency guidance so that the final outputs can be submitted directly to regulators without extra re-work.
If you have hands-on experience setting up and validating RCEM (or similar Cal E mod), interpreting concentration fields and preparing compliance-ready documentation, I’d like to see it. Please highlight previous projects where your results were accepted by an environmental authority, the scale you covered (facility, city, regional).
To keep the scope clear, here is what I expect to receive:
• A reproducible RCEM v.9 project folder with all configuration files, scripts and raw input data.
• A short technical memo describing methodology, assumptions and any deviation from default RCEM parameters.
• A concise compliance statement ready for inclusion in my compliance document.
I will provide emission inventories, terrain data and meteorological pre-processor outputs once the project starts. Turnaround is flexible but please include a realistic timeline in your proposal.
