Quick Research Analysis for Variables

I interview individuals and asked them a set of questions; I also collected basic demographics. I wanted to analyze the data, for example look at the responses by age, controlling for race. Essentially I just wanted to run a series of regressions. The explanatory variables are age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, religious identity, relation, and duration. There are multiple dependent variables like frustration levels for ex. I want to be able to find the relation between all the explanatory and dependent variables.
