Quick, Precise Data Entry Support
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I have a steady stream of raw information arriving in different formats—long PDF reports, online tables, and older workbooks—and I need everything organised in a single, clean Excel environment. The most time-sensitive piece is converting several PDFs into fully editable Excel files while preserving every column, header, subtotal, and figure. Once converted, the data must be checked for consistency, formatted to match my existing template, and saved in both .xlsx and Google Sheets versions so my team can collaborate in real time.
Beyond the PDF-to-Excel work, the project involves:
• Copy-pasting and re-structuring ad-hoc lists without introducing errors
• Light data cleaning (deduping, correcting obvious typos, aligning date and currency formats)
• Occasional web look-ups to fill in missing fields
I rely heavily on functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and pivot tables, so any transformed sheet should remain formula-friendly. A tidy folder structure, clear file names, and brief change logs will make it easy for me to track revisions.
Turnaround is important: smaller batches are welcome as soon as they are ready rather than holding everything until the end. I answer quickly and will provide prompt feedback so we can keep momentum.
Final deliverables
1. Excel (.xlsx) files accurately converted from the supplied PDFs
2. Matching Google Sheets links with sharing rights set to “Editor”
3. A short README listing any data assumptions, corrections, or flagged anomalies
If this sounds straightforward, let’s get the first batch moving right away.
