All source information is ready for you to copy-paste into Excel; I only need the values placed in the correct columns using standard formatting. No formulas, macros, or special layouts are required, just careful transcription and a final pass to confirm every character matches the original.

Because accuracy matters more than speed, I will review the file against my master list, so please double-check before sending it back. Once the sheet is clean and saved in .xlsx format, the job is done.
