Quarterly Sales Excel Template Creation

I need an Excel spreadsheet built that cleanly captures our sales-quote data in exactly seven columns. The fields I want laid out are: Sales Representative Name, Quarterly Sales Figures, Won, Lost, Pending, Create Date, Opportunity Name, and Company Name. I will give you my Q1 file so you can mirror the look and feel, then extend it so it works for every quarter across our 12 territories.

Everything can stay in standard text—no conditional formatting or data-validation rules required. What matters is that the sheet is easy to paste raw CRM exports into and that I can quickly filter or pivot the information by sales representative.

Deliverables:
• A ready-to-use Excel (.xlsx) template with the seven columns above, sized and labeled clearly
• The same file populated with the Q1 sample I provide (for proof of concept)
• A short note inside the workbook explaining where to paste future data and how to sort or filter by rep
