Qualitative Interview Thematic Analysis Needed

Job ID: 40267913

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I have a set of 12 research interviews transcribed and ready for deep qualitative analysis. My aim is to uncover clear codes, subtitles, and themes within these conversations, drawing on a critical phenomenological approach so the lived experience of each participant remains central.

Please code the data systematically, document your analytic steps, and produce a concise report that details:
• the final thematic map,
• illustrative quotes tied to each theme, and
• a brief reflection on how the findings answer my research question.

I’ll share the transcripts in Word format and any background materials you need. Reliability checks and an audit trail are important to me, so include your codebook and memos as part of the hand-over. It is also important to me that this can not be traced for plagiarism or AI generated.

Please feel free to use Atlas.ti, or similar software fits your workflow, feel free to use it—just export everything so I can open the project on my end. I have been back and forth with Atlas.Ti. Web for months! I have an extremely tight timeline.

Once I review the draft themes, I may request a single round of refinements to be sure the nuances are captured accurately. Let’s move straight into analysis; the data are waiting.
