Python Excel Automation Scripts

I work with several Excel workbooks containing medical treatment records and I need to stop doing the calculations for Estimated Treated Patients and other patient-insight metrics by hand. I will supply the raw files, the expected output files, and written business rules; your job is to turn those rules into clean, well-documented Python code that runs end-to-end without manual intervention.

You are free to choose the most efficient libraries—pandas, openpyxl, xlwings, or similar—as long as the result can be executed from a standard Python environment and produces the exact sheets and figures I will share as benchmarks. A concise but complete walkthrough is essential so I can validate the code myself; a short video or a step-by-step markdown guide is fine as long as it proves each transformation works.

I need this delivered as soon as possible. Please send a detailed project proposal outlining the logic you plan to follow, the libraries you intend to use, and a rough timeline for delivery.

Deliverables:
