Python Data Cleaning & Analysis

I have several raw Excel/CSV files containing sales data that need a thorough clean-up before they are fit for reporting. Please load the files with Python and Pandas, wipe out duplicates, handle missing values, and standardise column names and data types so I end up with a single, reliable master dataset.

Once the data are tidy, run a descriptive analysis to surface meaningful sales trends—think revenue patterns over time, best-selling items, average order values, regional performance, and any other insights you spot. I’d like the findings wrapped into a clear, concise report delivered either as an Excel workbook (with pivot tables and charts) or a ready-to-share Power BI dashboard, whichever you’re more comfortable producing.

Deliverables I expect:
• Cleaned, fully documented dataset (CSV or XLSX)
• Reproducible Python script or notebook
• Summary statistics and visualisations highlighting key sales trends
• Action-oriented recommendations presented in an Excel or Power BI report

Shortlisting will be based mainly on your experience handling similar data analysis projects with Python, so please focus your bid on that.
