Provider Lists Cross-Match

I have two supplier lists that need to be reconciled: one already sits in an Excel sheet, the other is locked away in a PDF. Your task is simply to confirm which providers appear on both lists and record the results in a fresh Excel file.
Scope of the check
• Work through every entry in the PDF and search for the same provider in the Excel list.
• Match on three data points only—name, location, and service type.
• Names do not always line up character-for-character. If an English and an Arabic spelling represent the same business, just mark it as matched; no renaming or correction is necessary.
• Where the provider appears in one list but not the other, flag that clearly in the sheet.
Deliverable
An Excel workbook that shows, for each PDF provider, whether a match exists, along with the paired location and service type details.
