Protected Excel Worksheet & Macros

I need an Excel workbook that is ready for everyday use by non-technical colleagues. The core of the job is to build a single “master” worksheet that:

• keeps all critical formulas locked behind sheet protection,
• performs reliable data summation and averaging, and
• supports quick financial-report snapshots.

To make the file truly user-friendly, I also want a small VBA module that opens with a simple form. Users should be able to enter raw figures into that form; on submit, the macro must drop the numbers into the right cells, trigger the calculations, and refresh the reporting section automatically.

Acceptance criteria
1. Only designated input cells remain editable once protection is turned on.
2. Sum, average, and any other required formulas recalculate without manual intervention.
3. The “Generate Report” button (or similar) runs the macro, populates a formatted report area, and leaves no unhandled errors.
4. Workbook works seamlessly in the current desktop version of Microsoft Excel (Windows).
