MS Project Plan & Dashboard Creation

I’m ready to co-build a full MS Project schedule and reporting ecosystem and need a U.S.-based, MS Project/MS 365-certified specialist to guide the effort live over screen-share sessions.
Here’s the situation: the core project schedule will live in MS Project, but many of my team members don’t have Project licenses. So I need a seamless way for them to receive, update, and return task information without ever opening MS Project. I currently work in Excel and MS Project myself, however it's been a while since I've worked with MS project and I could use some recommendations.
Key goals we will tackle together:
• Build a clean, logically linked MS Project plan that I can maintain going forward.
• Design an update workflow (most likely Excel- or Planner-based) that lets non-Project users report progress, hours, and issues without risking data loss or version confusion.
• Create two custom dashboards inside MS Project: a concise weekly status view for the project team and a polished monthly executive report suitable for leadership review. Each must refresh automatically from live schedule data, highlighting critical path, percent complete, and slack..
I’ll supply the WBS, resource roster, and reporting templates; you’ll architect the schedule, configure the custom fields, views, filters, and formulas, and coach me as we build. Clear, well-commented documentation of any macros, Power Query connections, or Planner sync settings is part of the deliverable so I can replicate the process after our engagement.
