I need solid, data-backed suggestions for concerts, sports games, and theatre shows taking place anywhere in the United States that present a clear resale profit opportunity. My research time is limited, so I’m counting on you to dig through Ticketmaster, StubHub, and SeatGeek—comparing face value against current and historic secondary-market prices—and flag the events that can realistically return a margin after fees.

Please include in one Google Sheet:
• Event name, date, venue, and city
• Original ticket price and all seller fees
• Average resale price on each of the three platforms (with date pulled)
• Your estimated net profit per ticket and ROI percentage
• A short note on why you believe the demand will hold or rise (recent sell-outs, artist momentum, team rankings, etc.)
