Production-Ready R Shiny Apps
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need an experienced R programmer who can take my existing remote-sensing and other agricultural data layers and turn them into a polished R Shiny data-visualization app. The core pieces are already sketched out; what’s missing is the expertise to refactor them into tidy, reusable modules and guide the project through to a smooth production deployment.
The visualizations must feel intuitive for end users. In particular, the interface has to let them:
• apply flexible filtering and sorting so they can interrogate specific fields, dates, or sensor bands
• export any filtered view straight to CSV or Excel with a single click
Beyond the UI, I’m looking for someone comfortable setting up a deployment pipeline—whether that’s Shiny Server, RStudio Connect, or another stack you prefer—so the code moves cleanly from development to production. Writing robust, well-documented R functions, handling large spatial rasters and tabular data efficiently, and version-controlling everything in Git are essential parts of the job.
If building modular, production-ready Shiny apps is second nature to you, let’s talk.
