Product Title Alignment in CSV/Excel

I have a CSV/Excel file containing two columns: eBay Title and Excel Title.

Both columns contain mostly the same products, but the titles are not always exactly identical. There may be differences in words, spaces, descriptions, or title formatting. However, the brand, model number, or part number is usually the same.

I need you to:

1. Match Column A (eBay Title) with the correct corresponding product title from Column B (Excel Title).
2. Arrange the matching titles side-by-side in the same row.
3. Keep Column A in its original order and rearrange only Column B.
4. Use fuzzy matching, model numbers, part numbers, and brand names to identify matches.
5. Do not match different model/part numbers just because the descriptions are similar.
6. If no reliable match exists, leave the Column B cell blank.
7. Provide the completed Excel/CSV file with all matched titles aligned correctly.

Important: Accuracy is very important because these are industrial products, and similar model numbers can represent different products.

Example:

Column A: MITSUBISHI E1070 HMI OPERATOR PANEL

Column B: MITSUBISHI BEIJER E1070 TOUCH SCREEN HMI PANEL

These should be matched and placed in the same row.
