I need a clear, methodical collection of product-related customer reviews and feedback that I can rely on during an upcoming bid. Your job breaks down into two intertwined parts:
1. Collect product data – but only the reviews and feedback shared by real users. Search across major marketplaces, forums, social channels or any other credible source, then capture the comments verbatim together with basic context (platform, date, rating if available).
2. Translate that raw input into a clean spreadsheet. Each row should contain the product name or SKU, the full customer quote, its sentiment (positive, neutral, negative), the source link, and the date. Feel free to add extra fields if they help me filter or sort.
Alongside the spreadsheet, I also want a concise walkthrough of the work process you followed (step-by-step, in logical order). This scenario document should read like a repeatable playbook I could hand to a teammate the next time we prepare a bid: where you looked first, how you assessed credibility, the tags you used, and the sequence you recommend for gathering and vetting future feedback.
