Process analysis

I need a detail-oriented Field Research Associate who can step into live commercial environments, watch how things are done, and turn those observations into clear recommendations for improvement. The heart of the role is process analysis, so you should feel confident mapping a workflow, spotting bottlenecks, and translating your findings into concise written and verbal reports that non-specialists can act on.
A basic grasp of everyday commercial functions—sales, marketing, supply-chain, finance—will help you understand where each process fits in the bigger picture, even though our immediate focus is the analysis itself. Strong communication skills are essential; you will often be the bridge between front-line staff and management, capturing what you see on the ground and presenting it in a structured, data-backed format.
Day-to-day you will:
• Visit assigned sites (occasionally remote observation) to document current workflows
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Draft clear process maps and improvement suggestions for review with our internal team
• Collaborate with teammates via shared documents and video calls, so being organized and comfortable with common digital tools is a must
