Primavera P6 Dashboard & Resource Loading
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a construction schedule already built in Primavera P6 that now needs to be fully resource-loaded and then published to an Executive Summary Dashboard. My priority is to see two key data points in that dashboard—project milestones and resource utilization—displayed clearly inside the following views I rely on every week:
• Quick Dashboard
• Activity Budget Report
• Resource Assignment Report
Scope of work
1. Apply labour and cost resources to every activity in the existing P6 file, following the coding and WBS structure already in place.
2. Verify that resource curves, calendars, and spreads align with our site crews’ actual availability.
3. Generate and publish the three dashboard views listed above so they update automatically whenever the schedule is progressed.
4. Deliver the final .xer file plus exported PDF/Excel snapshots of each dashboard view ready for executive review.
Acceptance criteria
– All project milestones are visible and correctly summarized in the Quick Dashboard.
– Resource utilization charts reflect the newly loaded assignments without negative floats or over-allocations.
– Activity Budget Report totals match the cost column inside P6 within ±1%.
– Files open cleanly in P6 R22 without additional configuration.
