Prescriptive Customer Data Insights
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a rich set of customer data and need it transformed into clear, actionable recommendations that directly guide our day-to-day decision-making. The task goes beyond describing what has happened; I expect you to model multiple scenarios, determine the best course of action for each, and spell out the expected impact on revenue, churn, and overall customer satisfaction.
You are free to work in Python, R, or any other modern analytics environment as long as your code is reproducible and well-documented. SQL access to the source tables can be arranged if you prefer to build your own extracts.
Deliverables:
• Cleaned, well-structured dataset (or repeatable script that produces it)
• A transparent prescriptive model with commentary on assumptions and limitations
• A concise report or slide deck that summarizes recommended actions, expected outcomes, and confidence levels
• Optional interactive dashboard is welcome if it speeds stakeholder comprehension
Acceptance criteria: results must be replicable on my side, recommendations must map to clearly identified customer segments, and every suggestion should include a metric showing how it improves decision quality compared with current practice.
If that sounds straightforward, let’s get started.
