Precise Excel Data Entry

I’m looking for a detail-oriented data-entry specialist to populate and organise several Excel workbooks. The raw information is already collected in mixed formats—PDF tables, scanned sheets, and a few CSV exports—but it needs to be transferred into a clean, unified spreadsheet that follows my column structure, naming conventions, and basic validation rules.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Transfer all records into the master Excel template I provide.
• Apply consistent formatting, date and number validation, and simple look-ups where required.
• Flag and reconcile any duplicates or missing values so the final file is error-free.
• Deliver a neatly-organised workbook plus a brief change-log summarising corrections or assumptions you made.

Accuracy comes first, yet I also value speed. If you are comfortable with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data validation, you’ll feel right at home. Once we agree on the file structure, I’ll share a small sample batch so we can confirm approach; the remaining data will follow immediately after the sample is approved.

Please mention a recent Excel data-entry project you’ve completed and estimate how long you’ll need for roughly 8,000 rows. I’m aiming to start within the next couple of days and wrap up soon after, so availability this week is ideal.
