AI-Powered Factory Operations Workbook

I need a single Excel workbook that lets my office staff, most of whom have only basic spreadsheet skills, run every day-to-day aspect of our small manufacturing unit. We make roughly 15–20 different products and I want each batch, sale, return, purchase, expense and salary entry captured in one place, then automatically summarised for quick decision-making alongside a convert to json (for single entry or the entries that we select or per day so that we can have a file that is ready to be uploaded on tally as well) and all the sheets of the work book should be interconnected so that we dont have to enter a single entry multiple times

• A simple “daily entry” interface where staff can pick the date, choose the item, state quantities produced, sold or returned, record raw-material purchases and note any other operational cost or wage payment.
• Behind the scenes the sheet should assign batch numbers, update current stock, calculate cost of goods and flag shortages.
• Dashboards that instantly show production totals, sales vs. returns, raw-material consumption and real-time profit or loss.
I’m expecting you to weave in modern Excel capabilities—Power Query for data consolidation, dynamic arrays and structured tables for error-proof calculations, plus lightweight AI touches such as automated data validation, smart prompts or predictive analytics that suggest reorder points. Everything must stay “one-click” simple so my staff can’t break formulas.
Deliver the finished .xlsx (no external add-ins), with locked calculation sheets, an open data-entry area and a short PDF or video walk-through explaining how to add new products or extend the date range. If the workbook opens and within five minutes I can:
1. log a new batch,
2. record a sale and a return,
3. see inventory and gross margin update automatically,
then the project is a success.
