Power BI Operational KPI Dashboard

All of my operational data currently lives in several Excel workbooks, and I’d like to see it come to life in a single, interactive Power BI dashboard. I already have the core tables prepared, but they need to be modelled, related, and enhanced with a handful of straightforward measures (think averages, year-to-date totals, and simple variance percentages). No complex ETL work is required—just clean connections to the spreadsheets, light DAX, and a polished visual layer that highlights the efficiency metrics I care about.

Here’s how I picture delivery:
• A .pbix file with clearly named tables, relationships, and measures
• Filters and drill-throughs that let me segment results by date, process, and location
• A brief walk-through—or screen-recording—showing how to refresh the data and adjust any of the calculations
