Populate & Analyse Google Sheets
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I have a batch of Word documents that contain structured data—tables, lists, and figures—that all need to live in a single Google Sheet (fully Excel-compatible). First, every value has to be transcribed with 100 % accuracy, keeping the original wording for headers and notes.
Once the sheet is complete, I also need a layer of data analysis:
• Create clear pivot tables (or equivalent functions) that summarise totals, averages, and any obvious trends.
• Insert simple charts where they help illustrate those findings.
• Add a short written summary on a separate tab explaining key insights in plain language.
No data comes from scans or handwritten sources—only the supplied Word files—so formatting should be straightforward. I will share the template, column order, and any calculation rules before you begin. The job is complete when the sheet is fully populated, calculations are verified against the originals, and the analytical overview is in place and easy to follow.
