Pooled Diagnostic Metrics Computation
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have an Excel spreadsheet where every variable sits neatly in its own column and each row represents one observation. From this data set I need the pooled sensitivity and specificity calculated. Alongside those headline figures, I also want the corresponding confidence intervals and a ROC curve generated so I can visualise overall diagnostic performance.
Please pull the data directly from the Excel file, run whatever pooling or meta-analytic technique is most appropriate, and return:
• a concise results table showing pooled sensitivity, specificity and their 95 % CIs
• the ROC curve (image file plus underlying coordinates)
• the code or reproducible steps you used so I can audit or update the work later
I’m flexible on the statistical package you prefer—R, Python (scikit-learn), Stata or similar are all fine—so long as the final outputs match the items above and the method is clearly documented.
