HR Policy Framework & Roadmap Templates

I want to put a complete yet easy-to-customise HR policy framework in place for a growing company in India and I need your help building it. Everything should come to me as clear, well-labelled spreadsheets so my team can tweak numbers, dates and owners without reformatting anything.
The scope spans four pillars:
• HR Audit and Assessment
• HR Policies & Framwork
• Recruitment structure
Data & reporting
PMS
Compensation etc.
• An integrated 6–12-month HR roadmap that shows how each policy rolls out quarter by quarter
Here’s what I expect in the final hand-off:
1. Spreadsheet templates for each policy area (e.g., hiring workflows, salary-grade matrices, L&D calendars) with sample data and dropdowns where appropriate.
2. A master roadmap sheet that links every initiative, milestone and KPI across the next two to four quarters so progress can be tracked at a glance.
3. Brief notes inside each sheet explaining how to adapt the template for Indian statutory requirements and common market practices.
