Pilot Survey Feasibility Analysis
Budget: $40 – $70 USD
I have just collected 20 pilot responses for my quantitative survey and need a concise yet thorough check before I launch the full study. All materials are attached: the raw pilot data, the survey instrument, and the main research manuscript. Please read section 4.2 (Quantitative Methods) for context and do not alter any other part of the document.
Here is what I expect you to cover:
• Feasibility metrics ― quantify response rate, average completion time, and how well the pilot captured the intended sample diversity.
• Data-quality diagnostics ― examine response completeness, internal consistency and answer accuracy, flagging any items that may be confusing or systematically skipped.
• Pre-launch safeguards ― run bias-detection tests, basic validity checks and a light exploratory data analysis to spot patterns that could threaten the study’s reliability.
Deliverables
1. A brief report (2–3 pages) summarising findings, tables/figures embedded where helpful, and clear recommendations for improving the final survey.
2. Any scripts or annotated spreadsheets used so I can replicate the calculations.
The work should remain fully aligned with section 4.2; please treat every other chapter of the manuscript as read-only reference.
