Personalized Technical Skills Coaching
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I want to raise my earning potential by sharpening my technical skills and need a coach who can take me from where I am now to a level that is valued in today’s job market. I’m not fixed on one narrow topic yet, so I’m looking for someone who can start with a quick skills-gap assessment, identify the most marketable areas for me—whether that turns out to be programming languages, data analysis, network security, or another in-demand domain—and then guide me through a structured learning path.
Here’s what I have in mind:
• An initial diagnostic session to map my current abilities and goals
• A tailored learning roadmap with clear weekly milestones and practical exercises
• Live coaching sessions (screen-sharing, code reviews, or lab walk-throughs as appropriate)
• Small, real-world projects so I can build a portfolio piece by piece
• Periodic progress checks with actionable feedback and next-step recommendations
I’m comfortable with mainstream online tools (Zoom, VS Code Live Share, GitHub, etc.) and I’ll happily follow any platform you prefer for coursework, collaboration, and progress tracking.
Success for me means leaving this engagement with demonstrably stronger technical skills, at least one portfolio-ready project, and the confidence to position myself for higher-paying roles or freelance assignments.
