Personal Operational Data Analysis Spreadsheet

I have a set of operational data that I’d like turned into an easy-to-use Excel workbook for my own personal tracking and decision making. The raw figures are already gathered; what I need is a structured file that pulls everything together, performs the right calculations, and shows the key insights at a glance.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
• A clean data sheet with appropriate formatting and named ranges
• Formulas or Power Query steps that automate any required data transformations
• Pivot tables (or dynamic arrays, if you prefer) summarising totals, averages, and any notable trends in the operations data
• A visual dashboard with charts that update automatically when the underlying data changes
• A brief “how-to” note inside the workbook so I can refresh or extend the analysis later on my own

Everything must be done in Excel (Office 365), and the file should remain fully editable—no hidden code or external add-ins. If you have ideas for extra metrics or visuals that could enhance the operational insight, feel free to include them.
