Personal Loan Funding Analysis

Job ID: 40279348

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I work with homeowners who want to finance their next home-improvement project through personal loans, and I need a partner who can move them smoothly from inquiry to funded.
Your role begins with a deep dive into each applicant’s credit profile. I will supply raw reports; you extract and interpret three core data points—credit score, debt-to-income ratio, and payment history—then translate those findings into a clear approval strategy. The goal is to know, before any formal submission, which lender tiers and loan amounts are realistically within reach.

Here’s how I picture the flow:

• Assess the credit score, DTI, and payment history and flag any red-line issues.
• Produce a concise pre-approval memo that states likely loan size, rate range, and next steps.
• Once the client signs off, oversee the submission to suitable personal-loan lenders and track the file until funds are released.

Accuracy and speed are critical; most clients are ready to start renovations within 30 days. If you already maintain relationships with personal-loan platforms, mention them—existing lender channels are a plus but not mandatory.

Deliverables will be reviewed on two acceptance criteria: (1) the data assessment must match the official lender pull within ±10 points on score and ±2 % on DTI, and (2) at least one viable approval path must be documented for every qualified applicant.

All communication runs through Freelancer for transparency. Let’s streamline these home-improvement loans together.
