Perfume Inventory Spreadsheet Build

I own a growing perfume company and right now every bottle, label and drop of base product is tracked in my head—there is no existing system. I need a fool-proof spreadsheet that lets me record stock by simple product name and quantity yet still works hard in the background: automatic stock deductions whenever a sale is entered, colour-coded low-inventory alerts, and a live master list that updates without breaking when I add new items.

The sheet must also hold packaging components (bottles and labels) alongside finished fragrances and keep sales data in the same file, ready to sort wholesale and retail figures separately once I decide how I want that laid out. Please structure it so I can later export to Excel or connect it to Shopify without rebuilding formulas.

Key deliverables:
