I seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst / People Analytics Specialist to conduct a comprehensive historical study of our organization’s employee promotions over the last five years. The goal is to analyze patterns, identify timeline bottlenecks, evaluate policy compliance, and deliver clean visual insights for leadership review.
Scope of Work:
• Data Aggregation: Consolidate five years of historical employee data (promotions, job titles, tenures, and departments) into a unified dataset.
• Trend Analysis: Identify promotion velocity (average time-to-promotion), departmental mobility trends, and historical growth rates.
• Gap & Bottleneck Identification: Pinpoint stagnant sectors or potential discrepancies where advancement models may be lagging.
• Executive Reporting: Build an interactive dashboard (PowerPoint or advanced Excel) and compile a clear, summary report outlining key findings and strategic recommendations.
