I have raw payroll and transport data and need a straightforward way to turn it into a concise, table-based summary. The job is simple:

• Build clear spreadsheet formulas that automatically total wages, total transport costs, and count the number of employees.
• Lay these results out in a single summary table that I can refresh with new data each pay period.

Keep the solution lightweight—no complex dashboards, just clean formulas and a neat table that I can copy or adapt in Excel (or Google Sheets if you prefer). A short note explaining how the calculations work will be enough for me to maintain it later.
