My W-2 payroll records sit in several Excel spreadsheets and I need a fresh set of expert eyes on them to be absolutely certain every figure is correct. The single focus is data accuracy—no compliance analysis or policy review this time, just a meticulous check that each number on every row matches what it should.

You’ll work directly in the existing workbooks, using whatever Excel techniques suit you best—lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, Power Query, or your own macros—to spot typos, duplications, mis-keys, or formula errors. Where a value can’t be verified you’ll flag it so I can trace the source document.

Deliverables
• The updated spreadsheets with all corrections applied or clearly tagged.
• A concise summary sheet highlighting every issue found, how it was fixed (or why it couldn’t be), and any patterns you notice that could help us avoid similar mistakes next cycle.
