Accuracy and speed matter: every field has to match the original paperwork, and daily volume targets must be met without sacrificing quality.
You’ll receive clear, step-by-step instructions, secure login credentials, and a brief onboarding call so we’re always on the same page. Good written communication is essential because we’ll stay in touch through chat or email for quick clarifications. Basic computer proficiency—copy-paste commands, file naming conventions, and shortcut keys—should already be second nature to you.
While the core job is database updates, if you’re also comfortable with spreadsheet management or light transcription, let me know; having that flexibility could open up extra tasks down the road.
Deliverables:
• All assigned records entered and verified each working day
• End-of-day status report highlighting completed entries and any flagged issues
